A filthy message / a bullying either in privet or public it should not acceptable and it should not be keep privet. This is how logic works. Let's say using profanity is illegal. But someone uses profane words against you in private. You think someone broke the law so you shout in public all the profane words that were used against you. As soon as you use those words, you broke the law too. What you should have done is gone to the police and reported the incident instead of shouting in public first then reporting to the police. The police now has report from public against you breaking the law. More people have reported against your breaking the law so now the police will have to act against you.

Did you read I have hired Hari_Nepali to represent to me as my lawyer? I have not heard back from him and he is still weighing. If Hari-Nepali accepts my offer , according to your logic you will be hired by San as a defend lawyer. No need to go out side of Sajha. Lets choose three judges and they should them who has not commented on this matter. Regarding your last paragraph: Please provide his information I will file a complaint against him will ask couple thousands dollars in compensations. I will share half of it with you. It does seem like Magorkhe is being cyber bullied here with extreme profanity. Everyone's suggestion here to him seems to be "since it was private conversation - keep your mouth shut and keep it private". I also remember in other discussion people calling him thin skinned or something similar and to expect these kind of harassment in interwebs. I am pretty sure Magorkhe personally hasn't been bothered by these profane private messages, may be annoyed a bit but I don't think there is anything wrong with bringing this issue out in public. Just shows us some people really do have something stuck up their butt that causes them to harass others and yeah does makes us aware of cyber bullying in Sajha. It does seem TitoSatya has been extremely vulgar here and has been bullying Magorkhe by sending private messages which can get annoying very quickly. I am very puzzled with 90% of the commenters supporting TitoSatya's action. I don't think Magorkhe is 100% clean here but TitoSatya seems a bit too extreme.

First, this is not criminal issue. Just social. No body is threatening anyone of anything. Using profanity technically isn't a crime but it certainly is some form of harassment/bullying. I doubt police will do anything. Second, why can't you post private message on public? Since this is public forum like you say, its up to Magorkhe to decide how he wants to handle it - keep it private or make it public and it is up to other users to decide whether or not they want to read it. If a person thinks he/she is being harassed, the person has every right to make that public and let others see what some pos can do. and Didi/Bahinis and daju/bhais should know about it too. Its because of people with thought like yours in general, often time victims of any form of harassment get silenced. With that kind of though, it sure as hell doesn't seem like you care for didi, bahini, daju and bhais that you are so worried about offending.
