Same issue. But I have OPT and had question about TPS late re-registration. I filed in January 10 with enough documents and a letter explaining my reason of not re-registering in October 2016 because I had OPT. I am waiting for a reply from USCIS. Will find out what happens.

It took around 4 months. I just got my EAD card, since I submitted the ROE really quickly.

Dang it! My application got rejected saying wrong filing me. I sent a money order for $495 as one for EAD and Biometric. Anyone tell me if I have to pay ($85, $410) separately or whatever is the correct amount and way of making the payment so I can resend the application asap. i appreciate the help!

Hey Nepal10. I sent a single personal check of $545.00. Money order works too but no need to make it separate. But please make sure you are sending correct amount. Good Luck!

I verified total amount to send is $545. $50(I-821 Fee), $85(Biometric Services) and $410(I-765 Fee). Source: https://www.uscis.gov/i-821 Hope this helps.

@Pia and others. What was your Case status after fingerprint? Mine still says Fingerprint Fee Was Received for i-821 and Case is Pending at a Local Office (i-765). My fingerprint was about 2 months ago. Thanks,
