I have few confusions on TPS so I decided to post this. I was in USA during the earthquake time but didn't applied for TPS as I already have GC. My wife came as a student later and now she graduated and has F1-OPT. Her priority date for applying change of status - 485 is still almost a year back and I am concerned if her OPT expires before filing 485.Is there any way that I can still apply for TPS and based on that my wife would be eligible for TPS (just to be in status before she can file 485)?
