Aba client le direct teska aaija visa sponsor gar dinchu bhanyo. Question 1:aba client lai kasari bhane gc sponsor garde bhanera?resume ma 7 yrs cha..legit 2 yrs Question 2:consultancy change garna milcha? tehi client ko ma kaam garera? k consequences huncha & kasari?employer chodum ki mid vendor? kasailai kehi knowledge bhaye help gardinu..will be very thankfull

Apply with the real resume. Only the lawyers will look at your resume, not the employer. You have to get letters for work history for 140 I believe so even another consultancy won't help.

If the client is offering job then perhaps you can be direct hire there and work with H-1B for couple of years before initiating your green card. For green card, you can then use the earlier experience, worked at consultancy (official employer) to justify the necessary skills sets obtained before joining this company. Or just find a new employer all together & move cities etc. to start fresh if you've the necessary skills now. No point, sticking to a Desi consultancy if they're playing bad with you.
