Can you guys ship parcels to Pokhara?

Hello anyone have any experience sending parcels of household goods, clothing etc from US to Nepal? Costs, time taken - air vs ocean cargo etc? Are there any disallowed items? A cousin has finished his PhD and landed a very good job with an INGO in Nepal and will spend at least 5 years there, and wants to send around 200 lbs of stuff - mostly clothing, books, household goods, items of sentimental value etc -nothing very large oroversized- like maybe 3 or 4 parcels weighing 50lbs or so each. He is going to sell/donate as much as he can here and minimize what he wants to ship, and take what is allowed in his check in bag -may even pay overweight to check in a 3rd suitcase on his flight back, but he still has around 200lbs of items that he would like to ship.
