do you market too? how many people have you placed? i have met some ppl in sajha, where they started their own home based IT company and they themselves were on h1b/f1b but wanted a gc /ead etc to work for them and seriously wasted my time. They basically registered a small company with few hundred bucks , if that and were hoping to make quick bucks with desperate people by placing them with boasted resume. I understand the resume preparation for consultancy jobs, but do you have a support system to help out your consultants after they are placed.
