Does anybody have sold expensive stuff like iPhone 7s in ebay. I was wondering what happens if some buyers says they didnt receive the package even after getting it, I know tracking says, it was delivered, but they could say the box was empty or still say didnt received it. Either way, I think Ebay usually favours the biuyers, because of the buyer's protection so they will be refuding the money, and I lose the money and phone.. isn't that true?

Hello I have bought and sold on Ebay and Amazon for several times. Usually this kind of situation occurs in Asian countries not in U.S.A. However, the best answer to your question is take the picture of shipping invoice that you keep as proof as shipped. In many cases the items are returned due to not being as specified on the website or item is misplaced due to wrong address. There is no 100% security on online businesses as any issue may come up.
