Hello Mitras, I Need some help/suggestions here pls,  - maile contract ma kaam gareko 6 months bhayo , first project ho , they really like my work ani FTE offer aeko cha. current situation - TPS & OPT EAD holder, US BA & Masters Degree. working for a Client (pahilo contract ho only been about 6 months, position BA/QA). I really want to go ahead with the process  .. tara very worried for obvious reasons. Suneko manche haru ko process garera , have had no issues. Pls advise sathi ho .
