Hi Sajha mitras, I have a question regarding renewing EAD as it expires in another 3 and half month. I had a green card interview recently(marriage based) but the IO didnt make a decision on the spot(they are not required to make decision on the spot). It could take a month to who knows how long? I want to be able to work in the meantime. I just want to know what documents should be submitted for renewal. Do I just need to submit photographs along with I-765 application , and all the I-797c notifications? I googled and couldnt find clear answer. This is renewal not an initial application so am bit confused. I would hate to send entire document again..:( Thanks and have a a great weekend
