Are you interested in career change from non IT ( to IT)? do you have good education background ( from Nepal or USA) but stuck in gas station and subway jobs? ikauda is here to help you. IT jobs are not very hard as they are perceived to be. There was a time when it was hard to get platform or channels for Nepali (especially) to enter to IT sector. people will understand what i am talking about who wanted to inter in IT market 10-12 years back. things have changed...... give it a try.... its not just contract job.... you can make career out of it...... contact hr@ikauda.com

I got Linux placement from Geek about 15 months ago. I was offered full time after 5 months. Geek's division manager John Gandhi did not charge me any money and let me convert to full time. A friend of mine was offered full time after 8 months and his New Jersey consultancy asked for $5000 to let him convert to full time. In Geek's case it was smooth. I know they are not perfect but i think they are much better than other desi consultancies.
