Its a spill effect from India and China, and potentially lure of "affordable" medical degree program. Many Nepali soccer teams have African nationals playing professionally; many of them tried to get into Indian leagues and couldn't make it there. I guess our universities granting medical degrees are also attracting fare share. If you see them, please make them feel welcome.
