I want to open a staffing company, it looks fairly easy from initial research. Does anyone have experience in opening a staffing company? My target is professional field (engineers, IT etc) but without fake resume. Anyone want to share their experience or willing to give guidance?

If No fake resume or fake candidates with lip sync interview then big NO for your staffing company.
