It is hard to provide any firm answer, there is no definite answer as to 'Yes' , or 'No'. You have to trust your instinct and decide for yourself. Is there is a risk ? Absolutely. . Does it mean one should not utilize his or her AP ? No. In another thread i read that "if you have been charged with crime you should not go". That is correct, however in the state like Texas you could have class A misdemeanor with deferred adjudication. Meaning the case was dismissed but it will indicate an arrest.
