I did a Late Initial Filing for TPS and did my biometrics in February 1st week. I haven't still heard back from uscis. Does the biometrics guarantee TPS approval or u can still get an RFE or a rejection? Any info will be very much appreciated.

My got in RFE . Need to prove the following Points. 1.You were a nonimmigrant, were granted voluntary departure status, or any relief from removal 2.You had an application for change of status, adjustment of status, asylum, voluntary departure, or any relief from removal which was pending or subject to further review or appeal 3.You were a parolee or had a pending request for re-parole 4You are a spouse of an individual who is currently eligible for TPS My H1 B was approved on July 24th 2015. Let me know if you have any idea on this.

Hello Everyone, Is there anyone who apply for his/her and the spouse TPS first time and got approved?

I submitted a late initial filing TPS application and last week I got an RFE. I did not file TPS the first time and had gone to Nepal at the start of 2016 for a couple of weeks. However, in the RFE it mentions that I should submit an evidence for Advance Parole. Since I was not in a TPS status nor had I applied for TPS application, there was no point in asking for Advance parole. Anyone has any idea what can be considered as a brief visit? Any suggestion on how I should reply will be very much appreciated.
