I'm not a victim directly, but the place where I used to live was a mess. Drive by shooting below my building. Police raid, few gun shots heard every week, another kill in the next block. Finally the apartment was listed one of the most dangerous apartment. I've moved to different city now. So is it possible to file u visa?? Just curious
