Those are optional field, you don't need it.

It is on your EAD card, if you have one from TPS or H1B. It is the one one indicated as USCIS # Hope this helps

@pradip325, Class of Admission would be what status you came into US when you entered ? If it was on F1, then type F1, if It was other type of visa provide that info. There are parts on I-131 from, so if you are more specific with part and then section it would be easier to answer with promptness . . Cheers
