@ktmjones: thats all info I have about cubic, they train new ppl, they train you for lipsing, have proxy, idk how good are their training, if you willing to they will provide you accommodation. They give GC ppl higher priority than opt guys as its easy to submit to vendor/primevendor. Owner is indian but many workers are nepali. I have not heard enough about any other consultancy to recommend.
