As a community, can we take a stance to discourage this kind of post? Please refrain from giving any ideas to these people or encourage them. H-1B and IT community both have a bad name because of these kinds of activities. Trump is against H-1B and people are brining up these kinds of activities to support why H-1B should be eliminated. Its also utterly unethical and potentially illegal.

i have a real life situation bhadijanne...saathi genuine programmer ho jasto cha ani hami jasto training lera placement hune dekhi samsya cha jasto cha :D mitra, pet palna jata bata j huncha garne ho nothing wrong with that. sajha ma dherai IT ko discusson bhayeko karan le sodhum jasto lagera sodheko ni just relax dude. and tesko baje thanks for your response. OPT EAD ko bhar ma training and placement line bichar cha. i am actually liking what i am doing. god help me

yedi timle timro resume defend garna sakchau bhane you should be fine. Bolera matrai hudaina tiknalai garna ni auna parcha. But in most of the cases kam gayepachi afai sikincha bistarai bistarai.

But consulatancy le ta opt/cpt lincha, hoena ra? they do not prefer GC candidate as they do not work with them for long term( as of 2 years ago). Mero bhai 2015 june/ july ma consultancy gayeko NJ ma , they didn't take him becoz he has GC. K ahile situation change vo? Can they(consultancy) take my brother now?

@Khaikhok , looks like you are asking about phone interview that can be handled by proxy. Phone-to-hire is hard to find these days. However, I know few friends whose skype interview were handled by proxy. Consultancy takes care of this. But after you are placed , it is totally on you. There is no easy way out. There may be someone from consultancy who will try to help you, but at the end you have to spend good time learning stuff. If you are not from IT/computer background, you will need to work really hard to prepare yourself for next job on your own. I understand this is not a good things to do or proud things to do , but if someone with no experience can fake 6-7 years of resume and can perform such that they do not get fired, then they deserve it. The IT market is flooded with this kind of resume so much that it is very hard to get selected even for interview with real 4 year experience.

@khaikhok: I completely agree with teskobajey. Support depends upon company tara most consultancy provides you with that as support = being skill for that position = $$ for you and your consultancy; Most consultancy provides support so that you can stay on the project in that way consultancy gets some part of your salary too. if you can't stand in that company without support, consultancy have to start marketing and have to start over again which is a great loss for the consutancy. Great, now a simple Google search on fake resume will pull this thread and as you all know how it works ,all Nepalis will get stereotyped. I strongly urge the moderator of the site to monitor these kinds of threads. If you boasted ur resume at least have a decency to nothe go bragging about it on the internet.

Just my opinion. Programming can be learnt in 2-3 months.No matter you have 10 years experiences in Real world it doesn't mean a person who has good training and who labor hard cannot have better output then the former. Everybody is here for Money.If they can make higher then you,try to make even higher.Stop complaining Man. Me myself i have almost 3 and Half experiences in Java/J2EE world,but still i see some freshers in OPT working hard and bringing some good results. Bottom-line of discussion is better stop complaining and hard to focus Lol. If any help for proxies in JAVA/J2EE/SPRING/RESTFUL/SOAP lemme know.We as a help can help you.

And guys Fuck these Green card and Status issues.If you are in H1B you will easily make it,if you just keep working hard.Lot of people just thing Green Card is a barrier.Yes Green card may help more but if you have talents, and if you are a college graduate i consider you far far far better then those shits having green card in DVs . Again me myself i was in F1,OPT,H1B and i have just applied my GC which is coming pretty soon. I remember one Nepali RAP(Swami D or something) from Dallas guys,though i am in Seattle.This status goes to all F1/H1/OPT/TPS and Gas station guys who know the actual struggle.
