Help filing late initial tps

Hello all, I am applying for the first time TPS not re-registration. Unfortunately, I missed last year to file for TPS as I learned after the due date has passed. I am F1 overstay. I asked the lawyers and all of them said I can go ahead and apply this time. I  am applying without a lawyer. What passport number should I put on I-821 form? The first one I entered with or the new one which I renewed here. Another question, what should I put C19 or a12 on I-765 form as I am applying for EAD also. your answer will be old passport, the one you entered US with. and since this is your first time put C19. but i highly suggest u get a lawyer. and make sure you satisfy one of the criteria for late filling and submit documents to back it up. it has to be concrete, not some heartfelt letter kind of thing. otherwise your application will be rejected. someone said here in sajha that his application was already rejected. so get a lawyer, they will charge only around 700 bucks, and consult with them which criteria might apply in your case. that is if you are really serious about it this time.

@japsRcool If you write old passport number on Form 821 25(c) Then 25(f) Expiration date for passport ( What are you going to write?) expired date Your old passport is already scratch off, so you have to put new passport number. Send them old passport copy and new passport copy.
