I (F1 status) am in 12 months OPT which will end on July 2017. I did not file TPS earlier. Since USCIS has renewed TPS again for 18 months, I am planning to file it to be on safe side. Can I just apply I-821 for now and form I-765 later when I will be near to the completion of my F1 OPT? Or should I apply both together now? Your suggestions and inputs will be highly appreciated!!! Thanks you guys in advance!!!
