After what point your asylum case was administratively closed? After merit hearing denial or after BIA appeal? In either case, you can travel either route: to India or Nepal through TPS AP. If you are planning on re-opening the case, then you should not go back to country where u feared persecuion which is Nepal. You do not need a reason to travel on TPS. Tps holders can purely travel for vacation.

@suraj, Milxa. But make sure to administratively close any removal proceedings against you in immigration court (if you have any) before you travel. How far has your asylum case gone?

@nepal03, You may wanna re-open your case in immigration court later in the future when TPS ends, so refrain from travel to country where u may face harm. About travel document, Do it yourself. Its a simple form. You don't need to fill part 4,5 and 6 on i-131. Paying lawyer to do is waste of money.
