ok, spoke with uscis representative at 800-375-5283 listened to robot choices for 3-5 minutes, dialed a number that mentioned tps waited for 2 to 3 minutes spoke with agent for 7-10 minutes Problem solved. --------------------- if u have any tps related issues not resloved by sajha, this is the way to go :)
