Hope you are tryingto be funny. For everyone else please don't sell in panic. Remember they are retirement accounts for future. Unless you planned to retire in next year, do not sell. Sit tight. Market will correct itself. We survived 08. 16 is no different.

You can exchange your retirement account to money market fund and exchange back it startes bounce back. You may able to gain some. For stock it is too late to sale.
