Hello Sajhabashi, I need to file a petition for a Alien Fiance. Can someone please share their previous experience explaining things about how the process works, what docs are needed and how long it actually takes. I did find a very helpful link on www.uscis.gov but we all know they always require more than actually stated there. Much appreciated.
