Majjale gaye hunxa even if u were out of status. I've travelled in tps recently. I had been oos for 5+ years and was in deportation proceedings.

When you apply for AP, I would also recommend you to make a case to show a reason why USCIS would let you BACK in US after you visit NEPAL since you were staying illegally with your overstay visa.  Last edited: 29-Oct-16 09:56 PM

V_NPl , you don't need an attorney to file AP , please use the link below and read the instruction documentation 5 times , should be crystal clear. All you will need is the form , filing fee , photos and letter stating the purpose of the vist. They will send you two copies of the AP , I recommend to leave one of them here safe with someone you trust ..just in case you lose the one. https://www.uscis.gov/i-131
