THE STORY: The Directors US Department of Homeland Security, and Department of Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship, Canada Mr. Lok Man Singh Karki is the Chief of Commission on Investigation of Abuse of Authority in Nepal and is currently wanted by the Supreme Court of Nepal for a trail regarding his unconstitutional appointment, repeated abuse of authority and Contempt of Court. Mr. Karki visited Canada for an Anti-Corruption Conference and then entered the United States. Although the social media is flooded with news regarding repeated failed attempts to summon him for a trial of a reopened Case at the Supreme Court of Nepal, Mr. Karki has himself and through his influence refused to accept the legal notice and threatening Supreme Court Staff to post the notice at his premises in the capital city. After 3rd attempt and disappearance of 2 paper servers, the Trial Notice has been finally posted at one of his bungalows rented to Samsung in Kathmandu. What Mr. Karki is involved in is a sheer disrespect for the Rule of Law, disregards and disrespect to the Rule of Law and operating a parallel government. Before reinstatement of democracy in 2006, Mr. Karki was found guilty of oppression, persecution of civilians by a Constitutional Commission. As such it is extremely important to extradite Mr. Karki to uphold the Rule of Law and to institutionalize Democracy, Law and Order and People's will. Furthermore, it is extremely important that US and Canada, not allow such gross Human Rights Violators, Perpetrators, International War Criminals and help restore people's faith in democracy and rule of law. Are you serious about this extradite petition BibeksheelNepali? Do this as a political party? I don't think there is a charge of 'repeated abuse of authority' in this summon by supreme court. It is so strange that supreme court employees are playing this drama. Instead of posting a notice to his government provided residence (quarter), they go to the rented house and create a sort of drama. I don't know why government of Nepal (and especially the constitutional council (CC) - Council of Ministers functions as CC's secretariat), who actually appointed him, is not being summoned.He did not use fake experience to get into that position. Everybody knows that this guy is buying time, waiting for the time when Sushila Karki retires. And, after that, it seems, he will be all safe. If you, BibeksheelNepali, believe that he is involved in such and such corruptions, create more pressure on political parties in parliament to impeach him. I don't think you need him in country to impeach. By the way setopati is doing good job by raising cantonment kanda - which created the very nexus between prachanda and lokman.
