Derivative Asylee Wait time to adjust status
Hi, My husband got asylum one year ago. I received derivative asylum about 3 months ago from him. Now, my husband is filing for green card. Can I also file with him or I need to wait 9 more months to do so? Anybody with experiences please enlighten.
