Kathmandu needs good roads first. All the roads are dilapidated and dirty. Most inner cities are narrow and there's always traffic jam. Where will the new cars run?

You are talking about a automobile dealers license ...you need an importers license for that.

5 crores, and brand legistation, indian brand is easiest, but no one will give you insurance because you have no experience, so you ll loose everything in a month if you dont get business insurance.
