Hello Sajha Friends, What are the options for me, OPT EAD recently expired, H1B (filed by state university) approved but change of status denied (reason cited 212(a)(6)(C)(i) ), but to my knowledge there is nothing I did wrong as cited for the denial. Labor for GC is in process. How risky is it to go to home for stamping H1B visa? Odd of success? not applied for TPS too. Thanks,
