I've a small business that I'm selling. I've currently set it up as a tobacco shop and a phone retail shop. There was a construction going on for a long time, but it is almost done now so the prime time to get this business going is now. It is located in a decent neighborhood and right by a major road. The rent I'm currently paying is only $350.00 and I will help you lock in the same price with the landlord. The price is $8,000 (firm price) + the inventory. It is an ideal business for a small family or somebody that wants to start their own business venture with a low start up cost. I will be willing to help you and train you to run the business, if necessary, during the transition. Please text me or call me at 903-207-9220 if you'd like to get more information.

How much inventory are we talking here?

Slackdemic · Dec 21, 2016 12:07 PM

I can assure to not add any inventory once I find the serious buyer and will significantly reduce on what I already have by the time I will have sold this store, so inventory shouldn't be an issue. I don't know what I've at hand as of now, but I'm working on reducing it already. Also, to answer what one of the user asked me in personal message, the 8K I'm asking for these things I added to the store: Overhead door (for security) Knox Box Walk in window Digital customizable ad sign New cash register Cigarette racks Display rack Brand new desk for computer and storage True soda cooler .............. and some more. Feel free to text/call me at 903 207 9220 should you want to know more!
