How soon after H1B starting date I can go to Nepal

H1B starts on Oct 01, 2016. Can I go Nepal anytime after Oct 01 to get married or do I have to work certain time on H1B before heading Nepal to get married. I am novice to H1B thing so TIA for all the suggestions.
