https://www.youtube.com/watch?... You will find many youtube videos based on your windows version for a factory reset. It is really easy, you can do it yourself.. I chose windows 10 on this video.If you are unable to do reset through instructions then you might need to reset with Windows10 CD or USB externally. Good luck
