Since im a swabhamini nepali, i got my ego hurt already, what i wanted from him was nothing more than a word APOLOGY. since hez not doing that i want to put him in trouble as much as i can, im ready to pay for it ( not much ). do u guys have any idea, how can i take legal action for this, i also wanted to know is there any penalty if a seller dosenot produce a vat bill?? he has given me a bill but hasnot mention any tax, can i sue him, in any occasion?? not bigger issure if he gets punished or not but he has to be in trouble thats my intention. rgds
