And now this consultancy is even saying that they can even process my H1B visa. mali h1b vaneko tha thiyena but yess kuro bujda its a step towards GC raicha. suru ma ta hamfalera H1b processing tira lagum jasto lagya thiyo koz the way they helped in serching job was outstanding i would not have get this job at my own. feri yeso aru sanga kura bujda yesta consultancy ley process gareko H1B ramro hunna ra denial hune chance ni huncha bhanne sune. 4 5 barsa malai EAD ko problem china but tespachi i have to shift to H4 visa for couple of years n ill be provoked from working rights then. even they are saying it gonna cost me some money ( dunno how much ) to process H!B via them yesto consultancy bata H!B file garda kattiko success huncha, yedi bhayena bhane mali pachi visa renewal ma kehi problem parcha ki nai, yeso idea bhaye share garum na.. many tks

What is your current status ? You said you have EAD and after 4-5 years, you CoS to H4 ? Does it mean your case is in pending for another 4-5 years to decide? Do I understand correctly ? Applying for H1B through consultancy does not harm though. Next H1B filing is on April 2017 and it's all lottery base, if you know how it works. Good Luck.
