guys, This is in relation with my latest post about tps refusal, had a tele talk with USCIS authorities about my applicatoin, i was made clear that my denial was only becaue the TPS due date is lesser than 150 days, what i mean here is since our tps is only valid for dec 2016 and they cannot issue my tps for this short period. in my another question, he said he is not authorised to answer whether tps period for nepali is going to be renewed or not but as per previous practices if tps for any country has been extended, then they are notified 6 month prior to due date, so in my opinoin its highly unlikely it will be renewed, but still hope for the best. all the best.( they say thy will write to be why my application was delayed )

Bro i think u heard it wrong . I did a research on tps countries which extension was not renewed . If they have intention to not renew it they usually inform 6 months ahead so that people can adjust their status accordingly. So for nepal six month period is passed no notice yet so it is more likely to be extended around end of oct.

oh i forgot to mention here, as they say they dnt need to remind u that your tps going to expire, as they have given the expiry date one year earlier, its a fixed time granting, that what he was saying..they only need to notify u if any thing is changed in their prior declearation...but i rally hope let this tps be continue for sum mor time

Why r u worried if it will be renewed or not when ur own tps is denied. Focus on ur own problem dude. I m not surprised ur tps is denied. Piece of shit like u who spread false information have no place in sajha.

If you Look at the progress after earthquake in Nepal, tps is 100% to be renewed. Its revenue for dhs, so why not?

Given that 150 days period to deny your TPS unfortunately, when did you apply for TPS? Was it too late when you applied like after 4-5 months when TPS was granted. Why it took so long to make a decision ? Your story is incomplete without knowing details. I better suggest to appeal if your application did not have any RFE, because if it extends your application will still be valid.
