hi frens, For some reasons i m here in NY for short time but my brother is here in NJ as an student. TPS is likely to extend for Nepal for one more year but with some CONDITIONS, # u have to have a certificate form GoN( government of Nepal ) stating that u or your family is affected by earthquake. It dosenot mean that ur house must have collapsed or u lost someone of your family, but u must be registered as concern CDO office in your district. # where should one register to get this card( bhukampa parichaya patra)? In your respected cdo office. # How much u pay for this card? Its free. # who can get this card? any one who is affected by earthquake. one card is enough for household. #i have two or more house one is slightly affected but other are fine can i get this one? yes, its nt for getting funding from government its just for TPS purpose its fine. I have ( my family in nepal ) have not registered for this bhukampa parichaya parea can i get it now just for tps ? # yes you can easily, ask your family member to go n register to concern cdo office, if you are not severly affected by earthquake, you will get green card which means you will not get any financial assistance from nepal government but it will work for your TPS. # what is the precessing time for this document? one hour after sunmission of application. #### what is the source of this information? ( My relative works in MoFA nepal ( ministry of foreign affairs ) this information is based upon correspondence btn inland security here n mofa, because of extensive misuse ( mostly by students here in usa from nepal ) tps is likely to be extended for one who are in need, been affected or who have bhukampa parichaya patra, in official endorsement by government of nepal, that you have been affected. ) But please be advised this is just an information that i have from my sources, its not a government announcement, but it dosenot make u any cost to make paper but its worth. make your paper ready b4 u get notice for tps extrension, it shows its genuine n u didot make those paper just to get TPS. this is not a published one, if u have anyone working in MoFA nepal as an officer u can gain knowledge, unlase stated otherwise, everything is a SCAM, wise is to take every advantage n prepare onselelf even from scratch

There's no such thing called bukam pidit pahechan patra. The Govt of US grants TPS to People from Nations which is effected by Natural Disaster or Civil wars who are in the US regardless of their status which allows to work, earn and send money back to their respective country to rebuild to country. It is not required to have oneself be effected but Country as a whole. Stay United and rebuild Nepal. Don't bullshit crap here.

no idea, this is not a published news, its entirely from my internal source, my own brother is in TPS so thought to share only, high chances they will uplift tps as the situation in nepal is extermly normal as b4, or they can continue tps with ** condition, koz government of nepal has decleared (8 districts i think ) as highly vounrable and affected by by earthquake including ktm, lalitpur, bhaktpaur, sindhupalchowk n some more. one thing is sure any decision taken by american government reg TPS would be based on information aquired from sources like american agencies working in nepal inc USAID, UNICEF, nepal governent etc. so if u are residing in those affacted districts y not to make a card which is for free. this will also be a good proof for those who are are willing to file asylum
