I guess this thread is intended towards ONLY Newars. He is addressing the fact that the Newari names of the places should be pronounced as in Newari language. It has nothing to do with Bahun and Chetries. Bahuns and Chetries can still pronounce as they are doing now. It is not any sensitive issue because he is targeting the Newars' pronouncing practices.
