Just join the college and do ur masters. Why worry abt reinstatement ?

you can be reinstated but be careful DHS is issuing NTA for reinstatement cases so be careul.

@bairaghi: how can he study/complete masters if his f1 is not reinstated?? the college wouldn't admit him if his f1 isn't reinstated.

who says colleges wont accept u while ur only status is TPS ? check ur facts before giving suggestions @ny2. some colleges offer instate tuition too but they have different criteria for how long u had been under TPS to qualify for instate. only benefit of reinstating is to be SUPER SAFE, in case TPS doesn't get renewed. @MrP, its your life, make ur own call. whether u want to take a chance or not. @MrP, provided TPS gets extended, u can go to college (PT/FT, doesnt matter), graduate, get a job and can be sponsored for GC. its only because u were in status before u applied for TPS. For those who were out of status before applying for TPS and want AOS, u guys are out of luck. Ur only options are either marry a citizen or wait for congress to pass "AOS for TPS recipients of Nepal" law or wait for congress to pass immigration reform.

@ny2 TPS is a kind a visa that people can go to school but remember DHS/ICE/USCIS are issuing NTA for reinstatement just be careful

@Punter bro, can u give details on the NTA notice? So if i go out of status and on TPS and try to reinstate, they will issue notice to appear??
