Dear Khadga Prasad Sharma Oli: This world is nothing but mind. The world outside which we experience is nothing but mind. What we project outside depends on the quality of our own mind. Pure the mind, pure the projection will be; and impure the mind, impure the projection will be. I am aware of your recent dreams of having Nepal's own ship, generating electricity from wind, distributing gas through pipelines, making train systems etc. However, I want to advice you that development of any kind is a chain reaction. In other words, level 5 development cannot be achieved without achieving level 1 development. Before flying, we must understand where our roots are and where we are heading to. A nation is nothing but a network of minds. This network of minds is also called "collective consciousness." Consciousness operates in various degrees and levels. Until and unless a higher degree of national collective consciousness is achieved, no sustainable development is possible. The best place to bring about this shift in consciousness is schools and the government must focus its attention to small children. The education must be practical and holistic and let no children be left behind. When minds are taken care of, rest of the development happens automatically. I wish all the best to your government.
