Graduating with bachelors in MIS ; have been getting recommendations to join Vastika inc for IT training. Since its run by our fellow Nepalese, I feel like its more reliable than south indian companies. I see mixed reviews online for Vastika. there are other discussions about vastika on sajha.com but I want to know more about this company. Does anyone have any experience with them? I want to know How is their salary ? Some of the Indian companies I have been talking to are giving 55K - 60K, is Vastika on the same range? Does anyone know how good is their online training? ( Im not from Dallas and don't intend to move there just for the training) this question is for those who have first hand experience with Vastika: Hajur haru le training liyeko kati time jasto ma kaam paunu bhayo or interviews paunu bhayeko theyo ? any help is greatly appreciated !
