I - 130 Denied

I have applied I 130 for my mother. It is denied because US immigration required the relation has to be proved either with a letter from VDC or Mayor of a municipality. There has been no election in last 15 years and there is no mayors on duty. Have any one get into this kind of situation?

Get one from sachib. All VDC has one authorized sachib to do official papers.

What had you submitted? For mother, they needed your birth certificate (issued by VDC/municipal office )showing her name as the mother.

instagram is right. there isnot a problem to get a relationship certificate from any vdc or municipality in nepal, sachib does everything there. no big deal.. आफ्नु वडा कार्यालय बात सिफारिस गरायेर vdc/municipality जानी 2/2 pcs photo n नागरिकता photocopy र पैसा दिनि बनिहाल्च। तेइ हो बनाउदा englishमा बनाउन भन्नू translate को झन्झट पर्दैन। 15yrs no election bhanera attinu parni kei xaina। तारेमाम
