Guys, I invited my brother for graduation&visit with B1/B2 visa. He is now thinking to prolong his stay, and probably changing status to F1, or even seek शरणआर्थी Question: if approved and maintained legal stay, how does it affect visa for other siblings (like sister) for visit in future? Question: if not approved, and still he wanted stay as गैर्कानुनी hourly worker. If this was the case, any effect to my (near) future GC process, as I have invited him?
