Transfer money to nepal
I am trying to transfer $15,000 to nepal due to an emergency situation. Has anyone done this before? What's the best way to do this? Also, I believe the annual gift contribution limit is $14,000 correct? ie after $14,000 the IRS might start taking a look at my activities.

Do $10000 from bank. Remaining $5000, send it via money gram or western union. That should work.
