Fellow Sajha Bloggers, Confusion here , any input especially from the similar cases is highly appreciated. current status : F1-OPT (Stem Extension ), TPS is in pending (NO EAD) Question : Thinking about applying h1. Currently TPS (no EAD) pending. Heard that after I apply H1b , TPS will be cancelled or overruled by H1B if approved. How true is this? So, not sure if 1. I should apply H1 , and leave it all upto TPS, 2. Apply for H1 as well, Jay Nepal !
