Mero OPT ra apt ko lease sakina aajhai 4 mahina baki cha tesaile teti bela samma ma mero current employer sanga kaam continue garna chahanchu. Also I will be abandoning my pending TPS. But here is my dilemma, I actively pursued (kinda bugged) my HR to sponsor for GC. Currently my attorney is waiting for my work experience letter for EB3 job advertisement and I am using delaying tactics as I don't want to tell them now that I have changed my mind (I will be marrying in Nepal having failed to find someone here which is also a major reason behind my change of heart now). However, I am not sure how long I can employ that delaying tactic. So please suggests me the best way to go from here. Should, I be honest and tell my attorney and HR that I plan on quitting after 4 months so we need to stop with EB3 or continue telling them that I am having hard time getting work experience letter from Nepal as I have been doing for about one month so that I can buy some more time to continue working. well, if you don't want your GC then you can be honest and tell them that you're quitting I guess..or you can go to Nepal after receiving your gc may be you want to come back if it doesn't work out in Nepal but if you have made up your mind to live rest of your life in Nepal then why bother with GC just tell them to stop the process and save their time and yours

Well if I tell my employer that I am no longer looking for the EB3 process they will definitely ask me how I plan on working after 4 months. And if I tell them that I plan on quitting they will probably let me go ASAP which will be financially difficult as I still will have few months of apt lease and bills to pay for.
