Could you please create petition link and then we can forward it to State Insurance and Governor for taking necessary action against such unqualified agents among our Nepalese community.

Yo petition garne alik simple chaina ... case will not be filed against PFA ... it will be file against the individual agents, and sabai agentslai investigate gara bhanna mildaina .... ramro hoina (kattile due care diyera kaam garira holan). I just got done talking to the VA Bureau of Insurance, so I have established a POC. ShankarHuShankar jiu --- did yo happen to buy the product? Are you from Virginia?

Yes I am from Virginia and there are few people around me who are involved in such insurance. But I was never get convinced to enroll in such policy. These agents needs to be tested to verify their eligibility even though they have valid license. I was going through Nepalese insurance license holder in Virginia, most of them are only licensed for life and annuities. I found very few agent with high experiences in different areas of insurance. Let's see how the right person can resolve these insurance issue.

It all boils down to Ethics - objectivity and due care ---- and the case here is that they seem to be missing it ---- know anyone who got "conned" ? Financial items products hun, and the agents are salespeople ---- jhooto nabolikana bechdata, I don't care. Benefits/uses misrepresent garnu bhayena.

What’s the update on the lawsuit filed against those PFA agents ? Some of these agents made a lot of money by scamming , esp in Virginia DC area.
