does Earthquake in Nepal (got you TPS) makes you a highly skilled person and get employed in a highly skilled job ( get you H1B) ? Last edited: 22-Feb-16 02:27 PM

Depends on what ur status was before TPS. If u were not out of status yes u can.

I think having TPS EAD has any link with getting you a H1B except the fact that you just have EAD( authorization to work ). So find an employer who can file H1B, April is just a month away dude so do it fast.

do i need lawyer for this all, i mean i have employer who gonna file my H1B

jahile rishauchau · Feb 23, 2016 10:13 AM

either your employer will have a lawyer who file your H1B or you yourself find a good lawyer who specializes in this field and have him work with your employer to get your H1B filed. Either case, an immigration lawyer will file your H1B. Good luck.

jahile rishauchau · Mar 16, 2016 4:28 PM
