Hello All, my 730 for my wife got approved and she lives with me (she went to Dallas for biometrics). However, the USCIS sends me notice saying as if she is in nepal and that the case has been referred to nvc. Took suggestions from various lawyers but no concrete consensus. From my research, with her approval she could apply for the new "unrestricted" SS card and go to uscis office and get her I94 and apply for the EAD until her AOS a year down the road. If any idea, please advise. Thanks.

How long it took to get i-730 approved? My brother applied for his wife few months ago, and it hasn't been approved. Does i-730 beneficiary need to take biometrics?

Yep. She's here with me in tx. Should have gotten approved in 5 months. But some clerical mistakes. Took about 7 months altogether. US Maa pani tanna negligence bro.
