I am very realistically hoping to get my GC through EB2 before Aug 2017 and trying to find out what I need to do for Fall 2016 and Spring 2017 semester. Since my OPT will expire before the end of Jun 2016 here is what I am thinking: 1. Fall 2016: Do not go back to school since TPS is pending. 2. Spring 2017: Do not go back to school if TPS extended. If not, join Kaplan university MCAT for this semester only (people indicated on other threads that you can join Kaplan for GRE and GMAT and have I20 issued for 6 months). My ultimate goal here is to possibly avoid going back to real universities and waste $$$ and time during this 2 semesters. If anyone sees any issue with my planning or have feedback please do chime in. Last edited: 07-Feb-16 08:40 PM

It's not that easy route bro you have to pay it first of all, then it's only 2 years gc not 10 years then you have to think about doing sth over a 2 year period unless it's a love marriage where you're committed

MCAT is Medical College Admissions Tests, similar to MBBS entrance exam prep course of Nepal. It is about 10-12 weeks class. Unless you are planning to go to a medical school I don't see why you would want to join it. Plus, I highly doubt this will extend you student status.

@interpreter, I can definitely use MCAT. Last edited: 07-Feb-16 08:28 PM
