They have some good number of engineers working in Qualcomm (Mira mesa, North San Diego),scientists in Scripps research institute(Lo Jolla ), students in UCSD, and San Diego State, and two Nepali restaurants (Taste of himalayas, and himalayan cuisine). But, not sure about Carlsbad ( its in between San Diego and Orange county). I used to work in San Diego (2013). Try to contact Gopal Yogi (Gopal Dai), He is very active and helpful person in San Diego. Good luck

Taste of Himalayas was terrible last time (2015) when i went there. Terrible food. When i went in 2013, food was so good.

Taste of Himalayas at old town, is one of the best restaurant in San Diego Area serving Nepalese, and Indian food. @Cybro, Jhan tyo hotel ko sano sauni bata served huna pauda ta jhanai best ho ni Cybro. 2013 taka khub gaithyo..Team lunch samet gariyo dui tin patak. 2014 ma jada pani khana ramrai thiyo.. 2015 ma saait jurena...
